The Dairy Farmer of Sicó began as an artisan cheese factory, which never losing the traditional practice, adapted to the current demands and acquired a vast experience in producing various types of cheeses. Wise hands work the white mass obtained by slow draining the curd after coagulation of milk from sheep and goats, by the action of animal rennet. It follows a wide range of quality products that has available to its customers:
